“Lane over on WoW LJ pointed us to this article about “”Playing to Win”" — the article itself is actually about Street Fighter II, but as Lane points out, the concept could very easily be connected to World of Warcraft. I remember Turpster talking about this on our podcast as well a few weeks ago: playing for fun and playing to win are two completely different things, and the difference between them can put a lot of players at odds. Players who “”play to win”" wonder why some folks in game try to play by “”fictitious rules”" — why not do some arena matching, or why not jump on an opponent on a PvP server when they’re almost dead from fighting a mob. If there’s a mod that will let you “”cheat”" on a boss, or a macro that will let you target opponents in the arena, why not use it. But just as the person writing this article about scrubs sees those as “”fake rules”" (because the game doesn’t actually keep you from doing those things seen as “”cheap”"), many players do see things like honor and discipline in the game. In the end, it’s each to his own — we all play this game for different reasons, and not everyone does play to win: some play for fun, some play to relax, some play just because they want to follow those “”fake rules”" (and any others they come up with — pacifist players, Arena masters, or naked trolls). Players play by their own rules all the time, but that’s no reason at all to call them “”scrubs.”" Being a one-time huge SFII fan, I remember reading that some odd years ago - great game theory there, and he’s absolutely right. First reading that back then, as well as some other things he has written about gaming and winning really taught me a lot about being successful in games.

The best point is that too often we have our own misconceptions about what is “”honorable”" and we apply them to our style of battle in the games we play. These misconceptions usually end up actually hurting us in the end and costing us a victory. The point is that if something is allowable by the rules of the game, then it doesn’t matter if we deem it “”fair”" or not in our own minds. If it is a valid move or use of an ability and you can win by using it to its utmost against your opponent, then NOT using it because of some self-righteous sense of “”honor”" is preventing you from reaching full potential. Once I realized that and applied it to my game style, it helped me immensely. And it does apply to WoW as well, although a “”code of honor”" does have more weight to it since your persona is ongoing. I think there is room for adopting a winning playstyle in WoW as outlined in Sirlin’s various game theory articles.” “What’s the number one thing Blizzard could do better. I think Blizzard does a lot of things great. And for the size of the game, they’re doing a crazy good job. I get kind of tired of some of the anti-Blizzard statements. wow goud They’re the first company to host a virtual game world that has so many different levels of play, culture, and goals. This makes it more like the real world then most of us care to admit. However that said, I think Blizzard needs to challenge itself to do better. They’re already miles ahead of their competition in terms of community involvement and game support. wow oro SOE doesn’t even come close, and LindenLabs just isn’t in the same ballpark. But, that really doesn’t meant they couldn’t communicate and work with the players more.
I look at Blizzard as the best baseball team in the world (the Minnesota Twins, of course!) (okay, kidding…Carl Polad gutted the team this year, they have a lot of work to do. or wow But let’s sat the 2005 or 1991 Twins). Even the best baseball team needs to improve their play, and can win that one extra game. Blizzard is like that. world of warcraft powerleveling Sometimes I wonder if all of them realize this. The best way to make money ingame is… Selling things on the AH. I have way to make 5000g in a week on the AH if I work at it. Know how to do this and become rich in game. eve isk Maybe some day I’ll share how I do it… but I have a few thousand other topics to write on first. Favorite piece of loot. Bulwark of Azzinoth. I will have it soon. Yes, my preciousssss. When I’m not playing WoW, I’m… Seriously, I get paid to play a computer game. This is a dream job for me, so I try to take advantage of it as much as I can.

Click here to read more About the Bloggers. What do you do for WoW Insider. I’m a standard issues blogger, reporting on just about everything I can get my hands on. I like to concentrate on raid and high-end PvE issues, since that’s where I spend most of my time in game. I’ve also go a few projects in the work for our sister site, Massively. I think my first article should pop up over there next week (knock on wood)… What’s your main right now. My main is a Protection Spec Human Warrior on Eldre’Thalas. He’s been my main since March of 2005. However, I have flirted at times with the possibility of switching to a Priest full time, but that was back in November of 2006. However that said, I also have many other alts that I give a lot of care and love. One of my favorite things to do is to run the level 70 five mans with friends, all of us running on our fourth or fifth alt. It’s kinda fun! More after the break! For the Horde or Glory to the Alliance. Alliance! Grab that sword and fight the Horde! Seriously, I don’t play my horde characters much. I’ve got a 65 Blood Elf Paladin rotting away that I’ll probably never pick up again. wow powerleveling I’m not sure why the horde doesn’t click with me, it just doesn’t. Interestingly enough, I play exclusively on the evil side of EQ2… Favorite thing to do in Azeroth. I love tanking. wow powerleveling There’s something about going head to head, toe to toe, eye to eye with a huge monster and walking away from the fight alive.

I’m a big fantasy an sci-fi fan, and have spent more hours then I care to admit reading about Drizzit Do’Urden standing up against some monster and fighting until his last breath. When tanking some of the bosses, I can let myself go and loose myself in the fantasy of it for a bit – bringing back that epic feeling. wow po What’s the best instance in the game. This is a toss up between Black Morass and Mount Hyjal. Black Morass is great in that it’s short, challenging at times, and offers great rewards. guild wars gold I’ve often agreed to do a quick Black Morass run when I’m tired and otherwise would have not agreed to run another instance. Mount Hyjal is great because of the story and episodic nature of the whole instance. While I had mixed reaction to Blizzard removing attunement, one thing I was happy about was that many more people would be able to experiencing the story line and unique nature of the instance.” “Drysc responded strongly to some QQ over at the forums when a poster from Kil’jaeden — a PvP realm — ranted about being griefed by high level characters while leveling up. Drysc’s uncompromising response. gold für wow kaufen Get some friends and fight back. He reasons that if players roll on a PvP server, they should expect to be griefed as part of the leveling process. It’s the same philosophy that has prevented Blizzard from allowing character transfers from PvE to PvP realms.

“My experience has been completely opposite. I leveled as Demo till around 40, then switched to Dest. I liked Dest a lot but then I found myself often farming in the mid-50’s to lvl 60 and I *hated* it. Damage was great, but downtime sucked, I often overkilled stuff/wasted mana, and all the drinking was eating into my wallet as well. So I tried the Afflic spec to make my DoTs more powerful and mana gaining abilities available/more viable. All of a sudden farming was great fun! Completely different play style, for sure. I had planned on switching back sometime, for raiding and such, but just never did. To my surprise I found myself still usually out-damaging everyone in dungeons. Plus it’s really valuable to be able to heal myself so well. So I kept the spec. At the point I’m at now, my DoTs are overkill for even-con mobs so I still waste mana unless fighting elites, but DoTs are cheap, and I can get mana back easily. I may do slightly less damage than a Destlock, but it’s not significant. What is significant is how flexible I am now. Fear-kiting is powerful too, and much easier with good DoTs. My guild had a tough time in Magister’s Terrace, but I joined and fear-cc’d plus fear-kite and we waltzed through the place (fear only gets adds with inexperienced players). wow powerleveling The only complaint I have with the spec is that my DPS starts slowly, then builds to a frenzy. It would be nice if I had a spell that applied all my DoTs at once, because even though most are instant, there’s still the global cooldown between each cast. I know that its pretty much considered a taboo due to SB having higher spell damage coefficients and ISB > all and all that jazz, but with the addition of haste in a lot of gear and the new emberstorm buff makes a firey 0/21/40 spec viable these days.

I’ve used this spec since before 2.4 and imo I don’t think it makes much difference between the 20% extra shadow damage proc (which could well just disappear before you can strike again since anyone and their dear aunt sally can use up the charges), and the 10% flat rate of Emberstorm. eve isk Just my 2 cents mind…” “Destruction banks on high shadow bolt burst damage and is often coined the “”shadow mage”" spec. Affliction is the king of sustained damage, with a full range of DoTs at an affliction lock’s disposal. The interesting thing about these two trees is that their playstyles are probably as different as night and day. wow gold The destro lock is essentially a “”one-trick pony”", spending most of their time pushing a single button for shadow bolts. Since most of them will sacrifice their pet for buffs, pet management is also taken out of the equation. Affliction locks, on the other hand, generally have at least four, or even five spells in their rotation. Less spells in the rotation means less micro-management. wow powerleveling This gives destro locks more situational awareness in an encounter, which is essential for survival in raids where there is a lot of environmental damage. On the other hand, affliction locks have more to juggle, more decisions to make and are generally “”busier”" in a fight. Many warlocks have leveled as affliction locks due to the excellent sustainability of the build. lotro gold We are used to making snap decisions about DoTs on the fly and we enjoy the versatility warlocks have with respect to killing stuff: fear-kiting, drain-tanking and so on. Hence it is understandable if some affliction players complain that the destro playstyle is “”boring”" or a “”no-brainer”" - since the active interaction with what’s happening on screen is cut down significantly. Blizzard also seems to want most of us to become shadow bolt spammers in the end, as Warlock tier 6 gear favors shadow bolting locks.

“Raiding warlocks have a very specific role - dealing damage. As we progress further in the high end-raiding game, one thing becomes more and more apparent. Our much-envied range of playstyles diminishes and we seem to be shoehorned, like other classes, into pretty much a single cookie-cutter spec. The spec in question is destruction or 0/21/40 specifically. This spec capitalizes on the wonderful scalability of shadow bolt and consistently outperforms affliction when good spell hit and crit gear becomes available. For a detailed look at the 0/21/40 build, check out my “”A Warlock’s descent into Destruction”" article. I’ve recently respecced back to an affliction spec (40/0/21) just to revisit the good ol’ days of mobility (instant DoTs) and an “”unending”" mana pool (Dark Pact). I know we tend to look back on the past with rose-colored glasses, and true enough, my experience with affliction again was … less than satisfying. Why the difference. One possible reason is the greater availability of spell hit for other DPS caster classes. This has gradually negated the DPS advantage gained by affliction locks through Suppression. In other words, the spell hit granted by Suppression to affliction locks in early raid instances like Karazhan is really “”ahead of its time”", contributing to the build’s stellar performance in those instances. All three warlock talent trees get along well with our DPS role really, with different strengths in each spec. We are one of the lucky classes to get three different playstyles to do essentially the same job. The Demonology tree is well known for its survivability element - ever gone up against an SL/SL lock. Some demonologists can deliver serious hurt as well, as seen from some interesting statistics below. ” “Episode 9 of The Guild is up, and it’s confrontation time. runescape money The guildies meet each other in RL again to take down the bank ninja Bladezz, but yet another boss battle looms deep on the horizon.

Y’know, not that we don’t love this series (we do), but has there ever been any actual gameplay footage here. Am I the only one that would kind of like to see them in their characters, maybe raiding into Karazhan or wherever else they’re raiding. ever quest platinum Maybe there’s legal issues or something involved (but surely Blizzard wouldn’t mind, right. ). At any rate, another fun episode for The Guild (Tink needs to get some new DS games, I beat Mario like years ago), and it seems like things are coming to a boil on this storyline. wow powerleveling Episode 10 should be a big one. I have to say this is by far my favorite series. Even without game play footage, that is what makes it great, its not about the game play, its about the guild. Excellent work yet again. wow And a great thanks to one of my favorite actresses around! This series isnt about gameplay. Its a character piece. As far as relatability; Its not about being to relate, if anyone can relate to these characters, then something is wrong. lotro gold The beginning of the series gave you something sort of ordinary so you could recognize the situation, then it takes it beyond average and into the area of FUNNY. Its outlandish for a reason. FANTASTIC series and awesome acting all ’round. Phenomenal series. lineage 2 adena It’s evolved from a WoW thing, into a truly well developed story. Can’t wait to see episode 10! I think I can already see the ending though.

“Your character is created, and you’re all set to go! Take a look at the New Player Guide section on this web site for more information about the game interface and shortcuts.”ouses are more than an apartment interior floating in the ether. You will begin with the tutorial for your race and class.Houses in LOTRO live in gorgeously landscaped neighborhoods, where they have yards, sit along water, or nestle under cliffs. In the tutorial, you will get a feeling for movement and combat in Lineage II. One size does not fit all! Players want choices about how their house looks, where they want to live, and who they want to live with, so we are offering a variety of options to fit many tastes. Click the ground to move your character. Houses are decorative and beneficial. If you prefer using the WASD keys to move, press Alt+X to open the System menu. They are fun to dress up and host parties at, but they also give the owner tangible benefits. Choose Options, and in the Game tab, click “”Enter Chat”". In LOTRO Housing, you choose from: 1.Four different racially-styled homesteads (landscaped areas containing many different houses). Click OK to save your choice. Each homestead has a distinctive architectural style and environment. The WASD keys will now move your character, and you must press the Enter key to enter text for chatting. 2.Up to 250 instanced neighborhoods to each homestead, so you can settle down near your friends. Please see this list of commands for chatting and more in game. 3.Thirty different houses per neighborhood: 4 kinship houses, 10 deluxe personal houses, and 16 standard personal houses. mp4 player Once you complete the tutorial, you will be instructed to meet the Newbie Guide, an NPC who will continue to advise you in this new world. 4.Over 250 decorations to mix-and-match, including paint for walls and floors, rugs, bookshelves, welcome mats, scenic paintings, even background music! ——————————————————————————– You can be the elf who chooses to live amongst the Dwarves, but still decorate the interior of your home in the style of your homeland.

Be sure to take advantage of the Guide’s newbie buffs as you progress! ——————————————————————————– Items in Lineage II As a beginner, you will also receive Soulshot: No Grade for Newbies or Spiritshot: No Grade for Newbies, depending on your class.Next door might live a hobbit who likes living close to Thorin’s Halls for easy access to crafting forges. Soulshots are for Fighter classes, and increase the amount of damage you inflict with your weapon. And a Kinship of stout Dwarves might own a great hall and host parties and recruiting events. cheap mp3 players Spiritshots are for the magic-wielding Mystics, and increase the power of your spells. Four homesteads will become available with the release of Book 11, each one in a different part of the world with a different neighborhood layout of houses, different building styles and appearances, and different natural settings. Be sure to take advantage of these powerful items! You may notice that these newbie items are labeled “”No Grade”".Each homestead expresses a different racial style, but don’t worry-you don’t have to be a hobbit to live in the Shire. Weapons, armor, and special items are listed by “”grade”" to show the appropriate level for that item. Each homestead can have multiple instances of its neighborhood, each with its own unique name. mp3 mp4 player Newbies and players under level 19 use items with No Grade.Do you want to live in Stumphollow or in Overnotch. You will move up grades as you level. Hookworth or Holbroke. D Grade: Level 20 C Grade: Level 40 B Grade: Level 52 A Grade: Level 61 S Grade: Level 76 If you try to use a weapon or armor that is too high a grade for your level, you will suffer various penalties to movement speed or attack – so stay within your grade! ” . As the initial set of neighborhoods fill up, new ones will automatically open up to meet demand.
portabel mp3 player When you purchase a home, you’re getting a yard and you’re buying into a Neighborhood. Do you want a house by the water. On a hill. <a href="http://www.<a%20href=/">mp3playerstore.fr”>mp4 Underground. Near that cute windmill. Nestled in a cozy little corner. By a friend’s house. Next to your Kinship House. We hope you like choices! “

“ouses are more than an apartment interior floating in the ether.”I’ve attended quite a few Meet and Greets in the past, both as an eager fan, constructive critic and SOE employee, but this was my first outing as the Vanguard Community Relations Representative. Houses in LOTRO live in gorgeously landscaped neighborhoods, where they have yards, sit along water, or nestle under cliffs. I must admit, I was quite impressed with the turnout and positive attitudes of the players.”" SOE Community Team hosted a Meet and Greet at the Standard Hotel in downtown Los Angeles, which aimed to coincide with the E for All convention held a couple of weeks ago. On Thursday, October 18th an excited group of Community folks (myself included) and gamers gathered on the spacious rooftop of the beautiful Standard Hotel to chat about games while we munched on specialties such as chicken and waffles, and toasted to life, liberty, and the pursuit of raiding in Vanguard! A shot of the rooftop pool right before sun down. One size does not fit all! Players want choices about how their house looks, where they want to live, and who they want to live with, so we are offering a variety of options to fit many tastes. They had this amazing area all to themselves for most of the night, where the waiters served up such things as Chicken and Waffles (with a sour cream/syrup dipping sauce), seared Ahi, tomato and mozzarella kabobs, mushrooms wrapped in goat cheese (which apparently give you +5 STA) and the ever-popular mini-sliders… ” “New Frontiers Goals: Realm vs Realm ™ added more tactics and diversity to RvR battles. Houses are decorative and beneficial.Within New Frontiers, you’ll find strategic geography, more movement abilities, and expanded keep building option. You’ll also find revised and expanded siege capabilities. They are fun to dress up and host parties at, but they also give the owner tangible benefits. Thry want to make Realm vs Realm ™ battles more accessible.

In LOTRO Housing, you choose from: 1.Four different racially-styled homesteads (landscaped areas containing many different houses). That means players will be able to find battles more quickly, as well as participate more effectively than before. Each homestead has a distinctive architectural style and environment.Hope everyone to experience the excitement of battle should they choose to do so, whether that battle is in a fast and furious battleground (available for most levels of players), or a full out war between armies. 2.Up to 250 instanced neighborhoods to each homestead, so you can settle down near your friends. They want to give more concrete bonuses and abilities as rewards for taking part in RvR. 3.Thirty different houses per neighborhood: 4 kinship houses, 10 deluxe personal houses, and 16 standard personal houses. As part of this expansion, they’ve redesigned the Realm Ability system, and also expanded the keep bonus system - meaning they’re adding to the benefits derived from capturing and defending territory. ” . mp4 player 4.Over 250 decorations to mix-and-match, including paint for walls and floors, rugs, bookshelves, welcome mats, scenic paintings, even background music! ——————————————————————————– You can be the elf who chooses to live amongst the Dwarves, but still decorate the interior of your home in the style of your homeland.

The Cowon iAudio 7 packs up to 8GB MP3 player of memory, but it ain’t exactly the thinnest player on the market with its 3.0′ x 1.4″ x 0.7″ form factor.”Recently, the wow game master banned the accounts madly not based on any reason, and lots of normal players’ accounts are also banned. Still the small 1.3″ 260K TFT LCD display is an improvement with regards to video playback than the the OLED screen of its predecessor the iAudio 6. In order to reduce the possibility of being banned, we have changed our leveling time. like its L2 and D2 brethren the iAudio 7 supports the FLAC and OGG codecs for you folk out there who want better than MP3 players, while supporting open format alternatives. From now on,we will only level about 12 hours per day for most of the order. Once there is some exceptional circumstances, we will stop the leveling temporarily. So if your order stop suddenly, you need not worry about it.We will do our best to keep your account safe! Therefore, some of the orders will be delayed. We are so sorry for bringing you this inconveni- ence and hope to get your understanding. ” “Years of constant strife have taken their toll on the Realms, but their biggest threat lies ahead of them still. New foes have emerged to challenge the might of Albion, Midgard and Hibernia. best mp3 player Enter the service of your king and earn the right to be called Champion, for the courage and might of a Champion is all that stands between the forces of evil and total domination. Become the next Lancelot, Cuchilainn or Balder as you undertake an epic quest for your King. Explore new zones, revisit altered lands, and bravely enter the revamped and more deadly dungeon of Darkness Falls to put a stop to the spread of darkness.

By performing this service for their Realm, players achieve new levels of advancement, gain the ability to wield class-specific Champion Weapons, and acquire fantastic steeds to ride into battle. mp4 players Characters can continue to advance beyond level 50 with the addition of five new Champion Levels. Champion levels provide additional hit and power points, sub-classing options, access to special equipment, new Champion titles, and increased customization of mounts. Champion level characters will be able to sub-class to gain additional abilities and learn new skills from other classes. MP3 PLAYER 2GB For example, a fighter can learn a mage’s spell by sub-classing. This will allow a player to add a previously restricted healing ability, damage spell or weapon style to their character. ” “Great news: To meet your desire of Halloween, WoW gold price be slashed to enrich your pocket! Pick up now, own the giveaways as 5-7% per order at our gold store. MP3 PLAYER 4GB The time last two weeks: from Oct 25 to Nov 8, 2007. What’s importance: As your friend we know that almost all the in-game time you want harvest a resource, empower characters, and enjoy the marvelous adventures. Like most players, you are killing monsters, exploring new destinations, completing quests…Actually, if take away the need to find gold, you will just have a character wandering aimlessly and have little incentive to do anything in the game. More achievements: Yes, as some people figure out strategies in order to gain more gold to make the game easier and to sell it to other players who don’t have as much time to spend. mp3 players If you are one of those players who want to save time more, buying gold can actually help you get more! ” .

“Get as many quests as possible, simultaneously. Do not do quests one at a time. When entering a new map region, go to the main town first, then speak to all the NPC’s, get all the quest, and then proceed to explore. Remember that some quests can be a waste of time, requiring you spend an hour running to and from different people. Don’t be afraid to abandon quests in favor of other ones. Don’t waste time on crappy quests. Use groups to your advantage. Grouping will immensely speed up your power game, but do it only when necessary. About 25% of the quests are group quests, and you will waste time trying to solo them; unless you wait until you are a few levels higher and the quest becomes green (good tip for solo’ers). The rest of the quests, you can solo. wow honor leveling There are some conditions here, however: Beware of inefficient groups - A group that doodles around or keeps dying trying to complete a quest will slow you down. You are better off soloing in this case. If you are a Shaman, or a Paladin or have a quick way to heal yourself and mele both, then you may be better off soloing more often than not. Warriors and types that mele well but can’t heal, and priests and mages who have little armor function are better in groups. Groups can work well; but they must be efficient groups. Leveling grinder; killing stuff a few levels below you (con green) is a great way to quickly rack up EXP and grind out a level. wow level service Yes, its boring, but it pays. You don’t take much damage, you kill them fast, you have quick recovery (low down time). Fast, numerous smaller EXP gains add up over time much quicker than higher, but slower EXP gains with more down time.

wow lvl service If you are struggling with a quest, you may want to consider ‘level grinding’ yourself by spending time killing lesser creatures and then tackle the quest. ” “WOW Cosmos takes advantage of the Blizzard tool Cui by providing a set of add-ons, and a few common libraries to make writing other add-ons a little easier. These all sit in your WOW game directory on your computer. Cosmos itself is just a library and collection of individual add-ons. The specific WOW Cosmos functionality depends on which wow addons you have installed. Their are hundreds of different add-ons currently available. wow gold A few examples of a wow cosmos are listed below: Mob Health - a database of estimated health for creatures and displays current and maximum health numbers for your target. Tackle Box - a mod that makes fishing easier by providing you with two convenient things. An option to make it so that when you have a fishing pole equipped, simply right clicking will make you cast your line. Plus a macro that will make it really easy to switch from your normal equipment to your fishing equipment. It will keep track of which weapons you are using, and which hat (if any) you are wearing. And then switch you to a set of a fishing gear that you choose by simply equipping it once when it asks you to. wow power leveling World Map Info - adds the cursor and player’s map coordinates to the world map. Useful in a group if you want to point out a specific location in the map to your teammate. Can be used with the /goto command. ” .RELATED LINKS:

“Unless you’re in a group, you can only earn experience points and loot from the monsters you damage first. (In a group, the points are split among everyone, while the looting depends on how the party leader has configured that option.) So you won’t receive any experience points or loot if you stop and aid another player in distress, but you will likely earn yourself some digital karma. When you die, notice the invisible radius around your corpse that allows you to resurrect without having to stand right next to it. If you’re surrounded by nasty beasts, try to resurrect right along the edge of the radius. (Height makes no difference — if you die at the bottom of a cliff, for example, you might be able to resurrect while standing on the top, assuming your body is close enough to the cliff wall.) Then get back some health points with a potion or a spell as soon as you come return to life and run in the safest direction. If you’re deep in enemy territory, you might have to die and resurrect multiple times until your corpse is close to safety. That’s better than resurrecting in the graveyard and losing some of your armor and weapons’ durability, but you may need to take the hit if you simply can’t get out of there. Your weapons, armor and some other items feature durability ratings that decrease as you use them. While their effectiveness doesn’t decrease with their ratings, they become unusable if their ratings hit zero. You can restore their complete durability when visiting a merchant — if you can afford it, simply choose to restore all your items each time you visit a vendor, just to make sure everything remains in tip-top condition. No one wants to discover that their sword has become useless in the middle of a fierce battle.

wow honor leveling When sending a message to everyone else that you have something to sell, you can shift-click on the item to instantly add it to your message (note that it only works in trade channels, party chat, guild chat and private messages). Those who see your message can put their cursor over the name of the item to see its stats. ” “Early in the game, you will probably find yourself running out of room in your backpack as you embark on quests and collect items. If you’re willing to be patient, you can save the money spent on a pouch by waiting until you find one on a dead monster or NPC. Pouches aren’t common loot, but they do turn up. wow level service You won’t always get quests from NPCs. Pay attention to signs, flora and other things that can be right-clicked (you’ll notice that your cursor changes to a symbol that looks like a gear when you pass it over the item in question). Right-click on them and see what happens. wow lvl service If you have a ranged weapon, use it to draw out your enemies by shooting them and bringing them toward you. This comes in handy when you see a lot of monsters nearby and don’t want all of them to attack when you go after one of them. Don’t forget to keep firing at that monster until he gets too close for ranged weapons. wow gold You’ll notice that all of your enemies have a patrol radius. Pay attention to it when you want to get around them without drawing attention. Sometimes those patrol radii overlap, though, in which case you could wind up with more than one enemy attacking you if you get too close. You can often hug the foot of a mountain line to make your way around the bad guys.
If you try to keep your back to a shoreline, though, you might be surprised by what jumps out of the water and comes after you. wow power leveling In the early levels, around one through three, enemies don’t attack on sight, so you can wander to your heart’s content. Once you move out of the starting area, though, certain monsters will come after you as soon as you intersect with their patrol radii. Generally speaking, the various types of boars and many of the winged creatures will ignore you until you attack them, although there are exceptions, such as the vampire bats faced by Undead characters. When in trouble, run! Monsters will chase you, but eventually they will give up and head back to their spots. If you’re near a town with guards, head in that direction and they will step in to help you out. Try to avoid running near other players, however, as the monsters in tow may stop chasing you and go after them instead, which will likely earn you a bad reputation. ” .RELATED LINKS:

“In late 2004, Stephen Gillett was in the running for a choice job at Yahoo! - a senior management position in engineering. He was a strong contender. Gillett had been responsible for CNET’s backend, and he had helped launch a number of successful startups. But he had an additional qualification his prospective employer wasn’t aware of, one that gave him a decisive edge: He was one of the top guild masters in the online role-playing game World of Warcraft. Gaming tends to be regarded as a harmless diversion at best, a vile corruptor of youth at worst. But the usual critiques fail to recognize its potential for experiential learning. Unlike education acquired through textbooks, lectures, and classroom instruction, what takes place in massively multiplayer online games is what we call accidental learning. It’s learning to be - a natural byproduct of adjusting to a new culture - as opposed to learning about. Where traditional learning is based on the execution of carefully graded challenges, accidental learning relies on failure. Virtual environments are safe platforms for trial and error. wow honor leveling The chance of failure is high, but the cost is low and the lessons learned are immediate. Simulation games have proven excellent tools for training people in manual skills; for example, X-Plane, a flight simulator that runs on home computers, has been certified by the Federal Aviation Administration. But accidental learning transcends intentional training. When role-playing gamers team up to undertake a quest, they often need to attempt particularly difficult challenges repeatedly until they find a blend of skills, talents, and actions that allows them to succeed. This process brings about a profound shift in how they perceive and react to the world around them. wow level service They become more flexible in their thinking and more sensitive to social cues.

The fact that they don’t think of gameplay as training is crucial. Once the experience is explicitly educational, it becomes about developing compartmentalized skills and loses its power to permeate the player’s behavior patterns and worldview. ” “In this way, the process of becoming an effective World of Warcraft guild master amounts to a total-immersion course in leadership. wow lvl service A guild is a collection of players who come together to share knowledge, resources, and manpower. To run a large one, a guild master must be adept at many skills: attracting, evaluating, and recruiting new members; creating apprenticeship programs; orchestrating group strategy; and adjudicating disputes. Guilds routinely splinter over petty squabbles and other basic failures of management; the master must resolve them without losing valuable members, who can easily quit and join a rival guild. wow gold Never mind the virtual surroundings; these conditions provide real-world training a manager can apply directly in the workplace. And that’s exactly what Gillett is doing. He accepted Yahoo!’s offer and now works there as senior director of engineering operations. “”I used to worry about not having what I needed to get a job done,”" he says. wow power leveling “”Now I think of it like a quest; by being willing to improvise, I can usually find the people and resources I need to accomplish the task.”" His story - translating experience in the virtual world into success in the real one -. is bound to become more common as the gaming audience explodes and gameplay becomes more sophisticated. The day may not be far off when companies receive that include a line reading “”level 60 tauren shaman in World of Warcraft.”" The savviest employers will get the message. ” .RELATED LINKS:

“Apply hands to head. Proceed to smack your head into your monitor with great determination and force. No, seriously, try sending an in-game ticket to the Game Masters, describing the situation. The space is limited in the ticket so perhaps only mention that you were hacked and tell them that you’d like to talk to them in the game. Alternatively, find the e-mail address for the account support team thingy and send them a mail. Or phone them, but I hear that getting through might take a while. They’ll close your account, run some diagnostics and tests to make sure you’re not trying to exploit them, then they’ll most likely restore your deleted characters and if you’re lucky, return the gear and cash. Although any green/blue random-stat gear (like, “”of the “” gear) will be returned with random stats. That’s how they did it the last time I checked with them, anyways. Just be warned, no LUA addon could possibly carry a virus or keylogger. wow gold Where you get the keylogger is through security holes in your web browser, or downloading something that is not just an addon. (anything that is a .exe you should be very very careful of) If this is the only computer that has ever logged in to your account, and nobody has your password but you, then your account still is not safe until the keylogger on your computer is found. ” “It looks like I got most of the items back on my main character. wow lvl service Also, I think most of the guild items were returned to me so I have been slowly putting those back in the bank as I make space. I don’t think I got back all the gold I originally had on that character but I think that may be because the person used some of my gold to buy one or two more bags (since I now have 2 more bags then I started with).

All in all pleased. wow gold I got a /w from the GM responsible for handling it yesterday and it sounds like s/he was working on getting my deleted characters back next. I am pleased with things. Guess it’s a lot more then I had hoped. Still no sign of any sort of keylogger or virus on my computer. SAV, PCcillan, avast and I even bought Kaspersky because I was told that was supposed to be one of the best ones out there ATM. wow leveln None of them find any threats.. Well Kaspersky has an issue with the files that are used to download FEAR that I got from ebgames but that isn’t a virus warning.. more something about ads or something like that. I have tried hijackthis and looked at all the processes running. I looked each one up to see what it says. wow level service I even found a link on the WoW forums about account safety saying to go to a site that can scan your running processes and see if anything is out of the ordinary.. It didn’t find anything either. The only “”glaring”" hole I had in my web browser was that it appears noscript allows iframes by default and I read that is where some exploits can take place. Just worried that I will end up going through this whole mess again later because it just won’t find anything.” .RELATED LINKS:

“What have you got planned for this weekend. Personally, I don’t know if I’ll have a lot of playtime, but I’d like to focus mainly on heroic badges. - Try to get 11 badges per day (stealthing through heroic Botanica, Underbog and Slave Pens), so ideally that’s 33 badges. - Level my Warlock up to 69, she’s severely lagging behind the rest of the group, and we’re going to try Shadow Labyrinth once we all hit 69. - In case the stealth group isn’t there and my warlock is already 69, do some dailies since my cash reserves are getting depleted. That’s it, not many goals, and no assurances I’ll make any, but it’s better than nothing, I guess. Your turn, what are your goals. This week has actually seemed to go by pretty fast. Probably because I’ve been exhausted through the whole thing and it just seems like a blur. WoW Goals: 1)Friday is a mop up of SSC and some stuff in TK/maybe Magtheridon. Hoping that we go do A’lar so I can get to the last step in the BT attunement quest. 2)Saturday is yet another Kara, my badge stockpile is looking good for 2.4. 3)Sunday is ZA. We’re missing a couple regulars, so I just hope we can down up through Malacrass without em. wow gold 4)Monday is Vashj night. Hoping we down her again. 5)Need to farm a bit more gold. I’m at a much better place financially in game than I was on Monday, but still not where I like to be. I’ll consider this one complete if I can just do two days of 5 dailies instead of playing CnC 3 all weekend. wow lvl service 6)I’m running dangerously low on Wizard oils. I need to do some more Baron runs. “”I tried to log in this AM and it told me my password was wrong.

Ended up checking my email and I got a message that my password had been changed that was sent at like 4 in the AM. Did that thing about resetting your password and after scanning my PC with a couple different AV software & Spybot coming up clean I logged in. wow gold Oh I deleted all the addons (that’s where I assume I got hacked). Well I log in and I see my main character standing there on the screen but notice that all my other guys are gone and there is now some level 1 war or something that has been added. Pretty much all my stuff is gone. SB stuff NPCed I would imagine. It also looks like my character was used to clean out the guild bank as well. wow leveln I am annoyed that my stuff was stolen.. even more annoyed that all my other characters were deleted, but I am rather pissed that my guy was used to rip off my friends. I guess my question would be what do I do next. I figured they waited until first thing Saturday to do it since it looks like you can’t get help from blizzard until Monday. Is it alright for me to log in on my main and play it some. wow level service Would that make their ability to try to restore some of my stuff harder. Like if I end up getting something, would it be erased if they “”roll”" my character back to before like 4AM heck if they even do anything like that. Even if they can’t get my stuff back I would like it a lot if they could at least do something for my guild’s bank. I am assuming it must have been an addon that I D’Led..
May not have been but nothing finds anything on my system. I don’t use this one for doing much but playing WoW. Just want to remind people to be careful about addons.. I am afraid I was like a “”kid in a candy shop”" over the addons after coming from FFXI. I was trying to get addons for everything.. Almost all of the addons I used were from places like wowace or curse but a few I ended up getting off the web from random places so I worry about those. I doubt antivirus software or spybot could even detect something in an addon. Well any advice would be appreciated. I want to try to do whatever I can to make blizzards job easier.” .RELATED LINKS:

“It was horrible. Plaguewood, they called it. The rotten mushrooms looming over head, the scourge swarming over the hills, houses and roads. A brilliant flash of light illuminated the darkened land as one of the scourge’s minions fell, traces of Light and Shadow wafting off the rotten form for a mere second before the area was thrust back into the pitch of night. “Thank you,” a hollow voice whispered over the wind and from the corpse, the image of a woman rose to bow before the combatant. “I am free… At last, I am free.” “Find your rest in the Light,” the combatant answered, dropping into a deep curtsey before the ghost smiled and faded from sight. Sighing, Eliane pulled a bottle of morning glory dew from her bag and sat to rest for a few minutes. Those ghouls, they were once defenders at Darrowshire. They were never able to break free as your kind did, though. Find as many as you can, Elie. Destroy their bodies so that their souls may finally go free. She was grateful, in a way, that she hadn’t known very many people from Darrowshire in life. Unlike Carlin Redpath. The small priestess got to her feet and dusted off her robes. She wasn’t sure how long she had been out there, freeing the defenders from their fate, but she was determined to keep at it as long as she possibly could. wow gold She turned and let her odd, eyeless vision search out her next target. There. Just beyond the cursed mage down the road… Her hold of the Light was stronger now than it had ever been in life. She raised her hand, whispering to the source of her power. Light enveloped her, shielding her, before lashing out again and again at the mage, it’s torrent of arcane shocks bursting harmlessly around her protected form.

wow lvl service As the cursed mage fell, she trotted forward and began the process over again. Searing, holy fire poured down from the sky, illuminating the giant mushrooms and fetid ground as the ghoul howled and turned to charge at her. Her whispers grew in volume and speed, urgency pulling at her tone as the fiend’s fist smashed through her shield of Light to knock her back a step. Another shield sprang into place at her cry, and blast after blast tore into the ghoul. For a moment, it looked at her in confusion and she let out a small sigh. The Light flickered around it for a moment more as it seemed to try to find some last trace of help or aid to cling to before crumbling to the ground. As before, a ghostly figure raised up out of the corpse and bowed low before her.” ““I have been trapped for so long,” the image of the man said, “but you have freed me. wow gold Thank yo–” Her strangled gasp cut the ghost off, her hands flying to cover her mouth. “Uncle Danny!” His distant gaze seemed to try to focus on her. “…Elie,” he said, his brow furrowed. “Oh no, my little angle, you fell to them…” Tears leaked out from under the straps that criss-crossed her face, but she wasn’t aware of them. wow leveln “I… I’m okay, it’s alright… I’m free, not trapped like you were.” Her voice faltered, wavering with emotion. The ghost’s hand reached out to touch her cheek, but passed through her instead, sending a chill down her back. Shaking her head, Eliane squared her shoulders, “Rest, Uncle… wow level service Go to our family, go to the Light, and tell them that I’m alright, that I’m at peace here. I’ll carry on the fight for you.” “You were always so strong,” her uncle’s ghost answered, even as his image and voice began to fade.
“My little angle, always so strong…” Eliane lingered, her eyeless vision on the place where her uncle’s ghost had faded, and on the rotted remains at her feet. After several moments, she knelt before the corpse and whispered a prayer of passing. A prayer for the Light to welcome him, for him to know peace and rest. A sad smile played across her lips as she finally rose back to her feet and turned to head deeper into the Plaguewood, her resolve deepened and kindled to a roaring fire in her heart.” .RELATED LINKS:

” I have been doing a lot of research in my spare time and have crunched a few numbers and I think I finally made sense of the honor calculation system Blizzard has in place. I hope this thread will shed a little light on exactly how leveling and the honor system works. Please feel free to add things to this post about the honor calculations because there are still a few areas that are hazy to me and that I don’t have difinitive answers to. If there has already been a thread like this I apologize in advance. I didn’t see one anywhere so I thought I’d share my own findings. wow eu Here it is. The Basics: 1. Honor points are accumulated each time you take part in the killing of a player of the opposing faction. 2. You are penalized if your level is less than 60 (meaning you don’t gain as much honor for a kill as a level 60 does). 3. wow euro Your total amount of honor points are added up at the end of each week (during server maintenance). 4. Your total honor for the week determines your standing on the server for that week. Obviously, with standing #1 being the highest you can achieve and so forth. 5. Your standing determines what share of rating points you will recieve for that week. wow power leveling The higher the standing, the larger share you get. 6. Your rating points are points that you earn (different than honor points) each week based on your overall standing on the server for that week. 7. Your total amount of rating points determine your rank: Rank 14 is 60,000 and above, rank 13 is 55,000-59,999, rank 12 is 50,000-54,999 and so on. 8. wow powerleveling If you finish standing #1 on your server for the week, the largest amount of rating points you can earn is 13,000.

9. Each week you automatically lose 20% of your total rating points (Honor Decay). This gets kind of confusing because of the cap for rating loss. The cap is 2500. So, the most rating points you can lose is 2500 for the week. wow power level So, in essence, if you don’t finish high enough in standing for the week to earn back the 20% you lost, your total amount of rating points will decrease. Example: Player A has a rating of 52,000 in the previous week. Player A does not pvp at all in the current week. Player A will lose 10,400 rating points essentially, but it is capped at a maximum of 2500 loss for the week. So player A would only drop from a rating of 52,000 to 49,500 (Rank 12 to 11). Where it gets hazy is, “”How do I know what standing I need to maintain my current rating”". I don’t quite have a formula to answer that question, but any help on this would be much appreciated.RELATED LINKS:

“Me and my dad have been playing World of Warcraft for a few months. Enjoying the World of Warcraft universe from the first day, playing and questing together as a father and son team. whooping ass in PVP since our classes work very well together and we can relay information to each other faster than typing since we play WOW in the same room. wow eu (I play an Undead Affliction Warlock called Bainshie. he plays a Troll Shadow Priest called Trelp.) Yet something both of us had in common was the difficulty in leveling up quickly. this is no longer a problem since we found the Joana’s 1-70 Horde leveling guide. wow euro Don’t be put off by the scammy sales page. this guide is well worth the money The Joana 1-70 Horde power leveling World of Warcraft guide is created by Joana (also known as mancow) the winner of many blizzard power leveling competitions, and has the fastest horde leveling time from 1-60 known. a mere 4 days and 20 hours. You get 4 guides with the WOW 1-70 Joana’s Horde leveling guide ebook package: Joana’s 1-25 Blood Elf Leveling Guide Joana’s 1-60 Horde Leveling Guide Joana’s 60-70 Outland Step-by-Step Guides Joana’s 60-70 Outland Reference Guide Before we found Joana’s guide, leveling was a chore. Levels 1-30 took me around 2-2.5 days /played time. wow power leveling And levels 30-40 took me a whopping 7 days!!!! Considering the author of the power leveling guide did 1-60 in 4 days. 20 hours, this is a terrible leveling time. wow powerleveling By the way I was playing. I’d have a final /played time of around 40 days just get to level 60, with days of boring grinding. ” .

“A rather sizable Gears of War tournament, of the international variety, will be taking place this year as part of a collaboration between Microsoft and World Cyber Games. The Gears of War 2007 Global Xbox Live Tournament is expected to attract legions of avid Gears fans, inspired by the promise of grand finals taking place in Prague. Having registered for the new event via xboxlivetournament.com, ranked qualifiers will take place on Live between April 9th and May 6th, with the eleven highest-scoring individuals off on all-expenses paid trips to Prague for the finals. Each of the eleven will be offered two tickets to the Czech capital, renown for its old buildings and Bohemian ambience. The lucky eleven will get free flights, accommodation, transport and gift money, but we also here that the top four from each participating nation will also land a two-night trip to their local Wold Cyber Games National Championship. There’s also the chance to win a 360 console, with games and other extras to boot. Registration for the first major Gears tourney will run until April 29th. More soon. ” “Being that this is an expansion pack I will be ditching our normal format of breaking the review into three categories (gameplay, graphics, and sound) and will instead opt for one continuous review. wow eu The logic behind this is that expansion packs don’t offer much in visual or sound changes and as such it would be difficult to write much on those facets. With that said and without further adieu, I present to you the gameplay portion of the review: Overall Titans accomplishes nothing more than adding to what many consider to be the best real-time strategy game ever released. Several gameplay aspects are improved upon or modified in order for easier usage and for the most part these changes are made only when absolutely necessary.

To give you an idea of what type of changes I’m talking about this would be the most notable modification: the removal of the unit queue limit. In other words, provided you have the necessary resources, can now create an infinite number of units to bolster your frontline forces as they’re killed by the enemy. As far as units go there are, as you might expect from any expansion pack, quite a few new additions. wow euro They are all well done and don’t negatively effect the balance of the game at all. Every civilization and god also gets what is called a “”Titan”" unit. Beyond the fact that this is where the games name originates from these units can best be summed up as one bad mot. , well you know what I mean right. In fact, they’re so powerful that you are allowed to only have one on the map at any given time. Civilization wise there is one new choice to choose from, the Atlanteans. wow power leveling For those of you from the south this shouldn’t be confused with Atlantians. While this revelation that Atlanta is not a God or Titan city might disappoint Ted Turner and his CNN cronies hopefully it won’t be too much of a letdown for the rest of you. Getting back on track this new civilization offers three new unique gods to select from. These new gods allow you to further customize your capabilities and pick your poison and do a nice job at adding more gameplay possibilities. In case you’re interested the God’s names are Gaia, Oranos, and Kronos. As with the units this new civilization takes a bit getting used to but overall doesn’t drastically affect the difficulty of the game or make for an experience that allows this civilization to dominate more than any other.
wow powerleveling They do however have some major perks and that includes the ability to use their myth powers more than once. Occasionally, provided you’re on the receiving end of the same myth power being unleashed on you multiple times, might make you feel like you’re partaking in an unfair event but I can assure you that you’ll quickly learn to cope with it. Another major bonus that makes this civilization very easy to jump into for the stereotypical “”newbie”" is the fact that they have no resource collection buildings. Through this, the gathering process becomes much more efficient and in turn allows you an early game advantage of a few steps. On top of the civilization and unit additions a new campaign has been created as well. It builds off of the original Age of Mythology storyline and should be thoroughly engrossing for those of you who thought the full games storyline was kick ass. wow power level Overall it is so well executed and designed that, going out on a limb; I might even say this puppy is worth your hard earned bucks for the campaign alone! Like I said, I was going out on a limb though. Last but not least for kicks Ensemble Studios has added some new god powers such as implode, which, as you might have already guessed allows you to literally implode your enemies. Graphically there isn’t really much of an improvement. Then again, not much of an improvement was really needed considering that the Age of Mythology graphics still look just as amazing as the day they were first released. There are some minor visual additions of course with that aforementioned new civilization and the building/unit animations fit into the games atmosphere flawlessly and, as usual, look beautiful. Can’t say anything about sound as absolutely nothing has changed - no new music, sound effects, or anything else for that matter. Wrapping this review up I would wholeheartedly suggest you purchase Titans if you enjoyed the original game and are looking to rev it back up and get back into the real-time strategy genre. ” .RELATED LINKS:

“Hey gang! As some of you know I often look across the internet to find World of Warcraft guides that will actually help you in the game. I found Derek’s Gold Mastery Guide and it seemed very promising at the beginning so I decided to purchase it to see if it will actually teach anything new or give some great techniques that can be used to make gold in World of Warcraft. Something else that brought this guide search on was the need for me to purchase my epic flying mount training and having only 100g at the time didn’t help much. wow gold At that point I only had 4900g to go to get the training and then another 200g in order to get the mount itself. Heck, it even crossed my mind to commit a big “no-no” which was to buy the gold from a gold seller but I didn’t have the $600 to purchase 5000g. Man, that can get extremely expensive really quick!Anyway. wow lvl service I bought the guide. It came with 6 different PDF guides and each one focused on a different part of how to make gold in WoW. The guides are very well put together and the gold making systems are pretty easy to use. Another great thing is if you signup for Derek’s newsletter you can also have him help you out when it comes to making gold and any questions about his strategies. For my gold farming in order to get my epic flying mount I really just focused on one strategy using the auction house. wow gold (I wish I could tell you more about it but I really don’t want to get into trouble by telling you…) Anyway. to make the story short it only took me a week in order to get the gold I needed for my epic flying mount training as well as the epic mount itself and I still had 358g left over.

So to make the story short using just one strategy in Derek’s Gold Mastery Guide I made 5458g in a week. This guide is probably the best secret weapon you can use to make your own gold in WoW. wow leveln Just remember that you heard about it here first.” “OMG! Yep, it’s true! I really can’t believe it is true but someone has actually filed a Class-Action lawsuit against IGE. If you live under a rock, IGE is the largest gold supplying company. Here is a brief tidbit of what the lawsuit is (thanks for the info Terra Nova): “The case involves IGE’s calculated decision to reap substantial profits by knowingly interfering with and substantially impairing the intended use and enjoyment associated with consumer agreements between Blizzard Entertainment and subscribers to its virtual world called World of Warcraft.” You can read the rest of the legal talk document back at Terra Nova. wow level service I’m still not sure what I think about this whole thing but I bet IGE has some really high-priced lawyers that may do the trick with getting them out of this. To me it really is funny and i’ll be watching this whole thing unfold as will thousands of players around the world and not to forget the thousands of gold farmers will be watching this as well. For IGE and the other gold sellers .I believe the market is just too big and too much money flowing through it for it to be the beginning of the end. Could this be the beginning of the end of buying WoW gold or am I (along with other bloggers) blowing this whole thing out of proportion. “

“Duskwood’s Plight The horrors that have taken Duskwood seemed to come out of nowhere to those who call it home and, truth be told, they actually did. It was by the hand of a Defias henchman now know as Jitters that the dark fate took these lands. guild wars gold It was he who found the Scythe of Elune half buried in ruble within a mine deep in Duskwood and pulled it free, though he could never have known the consequences of such a simple action. Time, space, light and shadow warped around the man and his friends upon freeing the artifact, as described in his journal: “After the Scythe was freed, a change rippled through the mine. Light from our flickering torches warped, and the strength of our voices seemed beyond our control. Sometimes a man’s whisper roared through the tunnels forcing hands on ears, and sometimes our shouts barely traveled a few steps before diminishing into a hint on the wind. Unnerving, yes, but we did not have long to wonder at this strangeness. It was but a harbinger of what truly drove us from the mine. wow profession leveling The Worgen. They came at us from everywhere, clawing from hidden holes at our feet and dropping upon us from silent perches above. Half our men fell in those first panicked minutes. The rest, including myself, tried to flee. As I ran I saw so many of my brothers taken by tooth and claw, heard so many screams cut short or gurgle to silence. For all I know, I am the only human to escape that place. wow leveln ” As I had previously stated, I do not believe that this “Scythe of Elune” was truly a gift to Velinde from Elune, as she had thought.

Such a vile display screams of the Shadow and evil, but I digress. Jitters fled to a nearby farm-stead where he hid for several days in their barn. wow eu However, the Scythe’s menace was not to leave him even there. The father left his wife and children that day to go into town and Jitters watched from the shadows. From his documentions of the event, it was a joyful departure. Not long after the man left, however, beings described in his journal as “Dark Riders” from Deadwind Pass came to the wife and children, demanding the whereabouts of the very Scythe Jitters had lost as he fled that nightmarish mine, Roland’s Doom. When they were unable to tell where it was, they were slaughtered and mutilated. Jitters fled for sometime, until we were able to find him and discover what had happened to that once calm and peaceful land. wow lvl service All of the evils now littering Duskwood can be tied back to the very date that the Scythe was freed from that mine. I believe that it’s power for evil grows each time it is used, even inadvertently, and if it were to fall into the hands of these “Dark Riders” from Deadwind Pass, who’s master is yet unknown, the menaces that plague Duskwood would seem a fairytale. get more details here !http://forums.wowfiction.net/viewtopic.php. id=198″ .

“If a Mage pulls with a long distance ability, the monster will come running in perhaps more easily than with a Warrior/Paladin running up and body-pulling or letting it aggro on them. On the other hand, once it reaches the party, its first target will be that soft squishy Mage type who will generally take a beating until the heavy tank class can taunt it off the puller. wow honor Not only does the squishy puller take a beating they are not designed to take, the healers in the group will have to waste more power by healing someone, and then have to switch targets to heal a different person each time a person pulls. Not to mention that the special heals and other abilities designed as ‘group saves’ will need to be used more often and won’t be available when they are really needed. (For example, if you have pulled and are fighting monsters ok and then something else aggros into the party like a wandering monster). guild wars gold This is a main factor in why a tank often becomes the puller so that aggro/hate originates on the person who is going to ‘tank’ (poetic isn’t it. ) the monster while the party beats it to death. Hunters are also typically used as pullers in dungeons and raids. They can use Feign Death and also use their pets to pull monsters. cheap wow gold They can also mark the targets for the raid with Hunter’s Mark. “
